Terms & Conditions

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation on these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Natural Selection.

Natural Selection guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.

Shop by browsing through the website, clicking on the product image and adding the product to the shopping bag. Packaging and container colours may vary to that of the image shown.

Please note that when an item is in your shopping bag, it may be possible for another person to purchase it.

Payment

When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter your payment and address details.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Laser.

You will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This is NOT an acceptance of your order. We start processing your order the next working day after receiving your request. Your order will be accepted when the payment has been approved, the delivery and address verified and the goods available. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed unless you cancel the order.

The total amount that will be debited from your account will be the cost of the goods plus the delivery costs. All items are inclusive of 21% VAT.

In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Natural Selection shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

We encourage you to place your order online, but if you would like to place an order over the telephone contact one of our customer care representatives who would be happy to take your order on 01-299 0700.

Delivery Methods

In general, orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. Tracking numbers may be available for tracing orders; numbers available upon request.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for the goods at which time responsibility for the goods is transferred to you.


Sending an Order as a Gift

To send an order as a gift: When you enter the checkout process you have the opportunity to supply a separate recipient name and delivery address. You are then able to supply a separate recipient name and delivery address. You are then able to supply a gift message for the recipient.

We then send the order enclosed in tissue paper and gift wrapped in quality, recycled gift wrapping paper. Your message will appear on a gift-card enclosed with the order. The invoice will be sent separately to the card holders (your) address.

Refund Policy

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange as long as it is new and unused and you are responsible for the costs of return postage. Proof of return postage will be required should the item be lost in the post. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt by you for a refund to be considered. The relevant items must be returned to us in their original, unopened and in resaleable condition. They must be securely packaged, with a completed returns form, your receipt, and full note of your name, address and email address, to the following address:

Cancellation of Order

As a resident of Ireland you have a right to cancel orders placed through a website within 7 working days of your receipt of goods. Should you wish to do this, return the goods to:

The goods must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Natural Selection. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.


Privacy Policy

At Natural Selection we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act). We collect information about you for two reasons; firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

If we send you an email in the future, we will give you the chance to refuse any further marketing emails from us in the future. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

The type of information we collect about you includes your name, home address, phone number and email address. We do not have access to your credit card details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information we hold about you will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
